At Serene Skin Solutions, we value your time and ours. To provide every client with the best possible service, we ask that you please review and respect our booking and cancellation policy.
Booking and Deposit
A non refundable deposit; 50% of your treatment fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your appointment will not be confirmed until the deposit has been paid.
Cancellations and Rescheduling

72 hours notice or more:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 72 hours notice. Your deposit can be transferred to a future booking.

Less than 72 hours notice:
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 72 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Less than 48 hours’ notice or no-show:
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, or failure to attend your appointment without notice, will result in the full balance of the treatment being charged.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, please note that treatments may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and charges may still apply.
Agreement
By booking an appointment with Serene Skin Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
Courses of Treatments
Payment for your course is due at the time of booking.
This will not apply if Serene Skin Solutions is running a promotional offer.
Please see the offers T&C's.
If you have booked and paid for a course of treatments, please ensure you attend all scheduled appointments.
Failure to attend a booked session without providing the required 72 notice will result in that treatment being forfeited.
Missed sessions cannot be added to the end of your course or redeemed at a later date.
Payment via Third Party Providers (including Clearpay)
Where a client chooses to pay using a third party finance provider (including but not limited to Clearpay), the client acknowledges that:
• The finance agreement is between the client and the third party provider, not Serene Skin Solutions Limited
• Serene Skin Solutions Limited receives full payment at the time of purchase and is not responsible for the client’s repayment obligations
• Any issues relating to instalments, missed payments, or affordability must be raised directly with the third party provider
Refunds and Cancellations:
• The client’s statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected
• Treatments and services are non refundable once provided.
• Courses and discounted packages are sold as a complete course and are non refundable once commenced
• If a client chooses not to continue with a course for personal reasons (including affordability), no refund will be given
• At the sole discretion of Serene Skin Solutions Limited, a partial refund may be considered. In such cases:
– Treatments already received will be charged at the full individual treatment price
– Any remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment provider
• Discounts applied to treatment courses are conditional upon completion of the full course and will be removed if the course is not completed
Refund Processing:
• Any approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (e.g. Clearpay)
• Processing times and adjustments to payment plans are subject to the third-party provider’s terms and conditions and are outside of our control
Treatment Courses - Refunds & Cancellations
• Treatment courses and discounted packages are sold as a complete course and are non refundable once any part of the course has been used
• By purchasing a course, the client is committing to the full course of treatments at a discounted rate
• If a client chooses not to continue with a course for any reason (including change of mind, personal circumstances, or affordability), no refund will be given for unused treatments
• In exceptional circumstances, a partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Serene Skin Solutions Limited. In such cases:
– Treatments already received will be charged at the full individual treatment price (not the discounted course rate)
– Any remaining balance may be refunded accordingly
• Discounts applied to treatment courses are conditional upon completion of the full course and will be removed if the course is not completed
• Courses are non-transferable unless agreed in writing by Serene Skin Solutions Limited.
• All treatments must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed
Cancellations & Appointments:
• A minimum of 72 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the treatment being deducted from the course
Statutory Rights:
• Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
